You’ll take the lead on booking your suppliers, while I provide tailored recommendations, logistical advice, and help finesse the details — all with your vision and priorities in mind. We’ll meet regularly throughout the process to keep things on track and make sure every decision feels informed and intentional.
You’ll also have access to our Virtual Planning Studio, giving you the tools, templates, and timelines you need to stay organised. From refining the design direction to coordinating final details, I’ll help you approach your day with confidence, clarity, and calm.

We will meet to discuss your vision for the day, and together we’ll outline a realistic planning pathway to achieve the wedding of your dreams with timelines for key decisions and milestones.
Supplier Management
Up to two years prior to the event.
Finding suppliers who you trust and can work well with is essential to a successful wedding. I will recommend trusted suppliers for the day including catering, entertainment, flowers, furniture and décor items, stationery and more. Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll be the main point of contact throughout the planning process, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination so everyone is aligned and nothing is overlooked.
Virtual Planning Studio
Access from the time of booking.
Manage your wedding with our comprehensive online portal — featuring checklists, guest lists, timelines, design inspiration and more. It’s a collaborative space where we stay connected and plan your day.
Regular Progress Meetings
Typically at 6 months, 3 months and 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
Either in person or over the phone, we will have 3 planning progress meetings including a detailed timeline and logistics meeting where we’ll walk through your bookings, run sheet, and key details to make sure nothing’s missed and everything runs smoothly on the day.​

I create a fully bespoke wedding day timeline - from setup to pack down - working closely with all your suppliers to ensure everyone’s perfectly in sync and knows exactly what’s happening, when, and where.

​Ceremony Rehearsal
Week of the wedding
I'm there to support you during your ceremony rehearsal and will work alongside with your officiant to guide yourselves and the wedding party so everyone feels confident and prepared for the big day. We will also do a final site-visit and walkthrough of your wedding venue to go through any final details in person.
