Our Coordination service is perfect for couples who’ve planned the major elements of their day but want professional support to bring it all together smoothly.
We step in one month before your wedding to take the reins, ensuring all the final details are aligned. This includes collating your plans on our Virtual Planning Studio, creating a clear timeline, liaising with your suppliers, and managing the day itself so you can fully relax and enjoy every moment.
You remain in control of your planning, but we’re here to fine-tune logistics and make sure everything runs to plan — just as you envisioned.

We will meet to discuss your vision for the day, and together we’ll outline a realistic planning pathway to achieve the wedding of your dreams with timelines for key decisions and milestones.
Virtual Planning Studio
Access from 2 months before the wedding
Manage your wedding with our comprehensive online portal — featuring checklists, guest lists, timelines, design inspiration and more. It’s a collaborative space where we stay connected and plan your day.
HANDOVER Meeting
1 month prior to the wedding.
A detailed timeline and logistics meeting where you hand over everything you’ve planned so far, and together, we’ll walk through your bookings, run sheet, and key details to make sure nothing’s missed and everything runs smoothly on the day.​

I create a fully bespoke wedding day timeline - from setup to pack down - communicating with all your suppliers to ensure everyone’s perfectly in sync and knows exactly what’s happening, when, and where.

Ceremony Rehearsal
Week of the wedding + £150
I'm there to support you during your ceremony rehearsal and will work alongside with your officiant to guide yourselves and the wedding party so everyone feels confident and prepared for the big day. We will also do a final site-visit and walkthrough of your wedding venue to go through any final details in person.

Wedding Day (from) + £300
I'll handle the decorative setup and styling on the day of your wedding, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully arranged and beautifully presented. From table settings to signage, I'll bring your vision to life so you can relax on the wedding morning. Scarlett Rose Events also offers a selection of décor items available for hire.
