I typically begin working with you eight weeks before your wedding, once your plans are in place and suppliers are booked. From that point on, I become your central point of contact — reviewing logistics, refining timelines and ensuring every detail is practical, realistic and aligned.

Final Planning & Supplier Liaison

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, I take the time to fully understand your plans, priorities and vision. This includes a detailed handover meeting where we go through your wedding from start to finish, highlighting key moments, design details and any areas that need extra attention.

I then contact each of your suppliers directly — from your venue and caterer to florists, photographers and marquee teams — to confirm arrival times, logistics, access requirements and responsibilities. This ensures everyone is aligned and working from the same information, removing confusion and last-minute questions.

Timeline Creation & Logistics Management
