We will meet to discuss your vision for the day, and together we’ll outline a realistic planning pathway to achieve the wedding of your dreams with timelines for key decisions and milestones.
BUDGET CREATION & MANEGEMENT
After initial planning meeting.
A comprehensive budget will be created at the outset of planning, tailored to your priorities and overall investment. I will track expenditure throughout the process, manage supplier payment schedules and key financial deadlines, and endure all decisions remain aligned with your goals.

Finding suppliers who you trust and can work well with is essential to a successful wedding. I will recommend trusted suppliers aligned with your vision and budget, obtain quotes, review contracts and oversee all communication and logistics once bookings are confirmed. This ensures consistency, clarity and seamless coordination through the planning process.

rsvp management & GUEST LOGISTICS
Enhanced guest experience
I will oversee your RSVP process from start to finish, tracking responses, dietary requirements and key guest information to ensure accurate numbers and smooth communication with your suppliers. From accommodation coordination to transport planning, I will also over see practical arrangements that ensure your guest' experience is seamless from arrival to departure.

Working alongside your venue and suppliers, I will create detailed layout plans to ensure guest flow, functionality and design work seamlessly together.

As required throughout the planning process, I will attend venue site visits with you to review layouts, logistics ad design details in person, ensuring every element is carefully considered and fully aligned with your vision.

Regular Progress Meetings

Either in person or over the phone, we will catch up as often as you need (minimum 5 meetings) to ensure that the event planning and budget is on track. I will also meet with you at the venue/wedding site so we can walk through your vision for the day.

I create a fully bespoke wedding day timeline - from setup to pack down - working closely with all your suppliers to ensure everyone’s perfectly in sync and knows exactly what’s happening, when, and where.

Set Up Day(s)
As required
Whether it's marquee install, or venue dressing, I will be on site to manage and oversee the full set up and execution of your wedding venue. I'll also handle the decorative setup and styling on the day of your wedding, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully arranged and beautifully presented. From table settings to signage, I'll bring your vision to life so you can relax on the wedding morning. Scarlett Rose Events also offers a selection of décor items available for hire.

Ceremony Rehearsal
Week of the wedding
I'm there to support you during your ceremony rehearsal and will work alongside with your officiant to guide yourselves and the wedding party so everyone feels confident and prepared for the big day. We will also do a final site-visit and walkthrough of your wedding venue to go through any final details in person.
