Wedding Styling & Décor

Scarlett Rose Events offers décor hire and professional styling to ensure each event is bespoke and customised to your requirements, taking care of the details so all you have to do is show up to your beautiful event and enjoy.  

 

We know how important it is for the styling and décor at your wedding venue to reflect your personality and style, which is why at the beginning of the process, we will invite you for a styling consultation (either over the phone or at our studio in Langport) where we will go through all the ideas you have for your wedding.  We’ll also talk practicalities like seating plans and guest requirements to make sure that the finer details are covered. From there, we will put together an event proposal which will include a style guide and the décor elements we have selected for you.

On the day itself, we will work our magic and transform your venue into the wedding space you’ve dreamed of.  We can also put out any of your extra items like guest favours or special mementos.

Ceremony

Whether your ceremony is in a church, a registry office, a beautiful garden or an empty field, we will work with you to ensure that all elements from chairs to confetti to canopies are considered. 

Venue Styling

Transform your wedding venue into a space which truly reflects your personality!  We have a large catalogue of props for hire, and we can also source special décor items so that your wedding feels just like you.

Centrepieces

The centrepiece is the final element which brings together the whole look of the wedding.  We will work with you to create your centrepieces using props from our existing range, or we can come up with something truly bespoke!

On the day coordination

Perfect for when you’ve already organised the event, but would like someone experienced to take over for the final few weeks, so that you can focus on enjoying your day!

 

On the day of the event, your coordinator will greet suppliers, help set up and oversee all of the details so that everything comes together perfectly as well as seamlessly moving your guests from one space to the next as the day progresses.

Whole Event Coordination

For those who have most of the basics covered, but need help to pull everything together in the final stages. 

Following our final planning meeting, your coordinator takes over the final logistical planning of the event by liaising with suppliers regarding their arrival, setup and departure requirements as well as providing support on the day itself (as per on the day coordination).

The ultimate planning service covering all aspects of your event from beginning to end.

From sourcing niche décor items and amazing service providers, to guest RSVP management and everything in between, we will go through your vision for the day and create a bespoke plan for the day including logistics, ideas and tips to make sure you can realistically achieve the event of your dreams.
