On the day coordination
Perfect for when you’ve already organised the event, but would like someone experienced to take over for the final few weeks, so that you can focus on enjoying your day!
On the day of the event, your coordinator will greet suppliers, help set up and oversee all of the details so that everything comes together perfectly as well as seamlessly moving your guests from one space to the next as the day progresses.
Whole Event Coordination
For those who have most of the basics covered, but need help to pull everything together in the final stages.
Following our final planning meeting, your coordinator take over the final logistical planning of the event by liaising with suppliers regarding their arrival, setup and departure requirements as well as providing support on the day itself (as per on the day coordination).
